    Thank you VERY much. I have been watching you for the last few months. Even started running with the Chi Method. The Catalina Marathon video is just amazing. Great inspiration and makes me think about everything out there when running. Going to keep coming back to it when training for NYC 2009 Marathin. I really really enjoy the miles and being outdoors. It has become my new addition. So much so, I have given up drinking, changed my diet and look forward to every mile outside. .

    Because of you, I am really started to enjoy and appreciate life.
