		<description>just starting a round of kind of basic PT for achilles tendonitis...i&#039;ll try your stretches, but i&#039;m wondering about actually running.  the PTherapist has forbidden me since i&#039;m having moderate inflammation &amp; pain at this point, but how can i get my muscles back if i can&#039;t run???

i do have an exercise bike, but again, it&#039;s not real running.  any thoughts?
