just starting a round of kind of basic PT for achilles tendonitis…i’ll try your stretches, but i’m wondering about actually running. the PTherapist has forbidden me since i’m having moderate inflammation & pain at this point, but how can i get my muscles back if i can’t run???
i do have an exercise bike, but again, it’s not real running. any thoughts?

Steve:
Great tip for streching the achilles tendon. Keeping this area loose is key to avoid injuries. Thanks

Thank you so much for putting this video together. I suffer from really tight calves and I’m definitely going to give this a try.

Absolutely fabulous – suffered from achilles tendonitis since marathon in March. This was a great way to continue PT at home.
