This is not my typical video. After the first mile I felt really good. After third mile I was running well, and passing people so I decided to go in to full on race mode and never touched my camera until after I crossed the finish line. There is some fun footage early and the second half has a lot of the medal ceremony on it because MarathonTraining.TV had 10 people following our program finish on the podium.
